This fall, multi-platinum recording artist Ashlee Simpson-Wentz made her Broadway stage debut as she reprised the role of Roxie Hart in the Tony Award-winning hit musical CHICAGO for a ten-week limited engagement, Monday, November 30, 2009. Here is your chance to see her strut her stuff on stage between Monday, January 4, 2010 and Sunday, February 7, 2010 at the Ambassador Theatre (219 W. 49th St.).

Simpson-Wentz first took on Roxie Hart in 2006, when she played the role to critical acclaim in London’s West End production of CHICAGO, and later that year participated in the special onenight- only 10th anniversary benefit performance at the Ambassador Theatre.

Ashlee Simpson has been performing on Broadway for Chicago and has been getting outstanding reviews and is even winning some of her harshest critics praise. I am sure that will make Ashlee and Jessica Simpson very happy.

Chelsea Handler gave her love on her show “Chelsea HatelyLately saying she wasn’t bad and was quite good when she saw her performance.

Nicole Ritchie has even taken a liking to her and wants Ashlee for her upcoming TV show that has yet to be titled.
