Tyra Banks is pulling out all the stops for the 17th cycle of America’s Next Top Model (premiering September 14 on The CW).
One day after Us Weekly unveiled the all-star cast (featuring contestants from previous cycles), the 37-year-old announced that celebrities including Ashlee Simpson and Nicki Minaj will be joining her as special guest judges.
Simpson, 26, and Minaj, 28, aren’t the only stars who’ll be critiquing the contestants’ catwalk skills. Kristin Cavallari, Kathy Griffin, La Toya Jackson, Tyson Beckford, Coco Rocha, The Game and CSI creator Anthony Zuiker are all slated to join the panel for one episode each.
The all-star season features 14 fan favorites, including Bianca Golden (Cycle 9), Allison Harvard (Cycle 12), Lisa D’Amato (Cycle 5) and Isis King (Cycle 11),

Remember Ashlee and Pete Wentz filed for divorce in February, but she’s recently been spotted kissing and groping an upcoming new actor and his name is Vincent Piazza.
Vincent is a 26-year old best known for playing mobster Lucky Luciano on HBO’s “Boardwalk Empire.” He played Division One hockey in college for Villanova, he’s done some Broadway and had a recurring role on the “The Sopranos.”
Now that he’s dating Ashlee we are pretty sure his star meter is probably gonna shoot the roof!
Jessica Simpson is expanding her fashion empire to the tween market, and this time she will get some help from Ashlee Simpson. The “Come on Over” singer is creating a tween line that will feature shoes, outerwear, sportswear, activewear and jeans as part of the Jessica Simpson Collection. Her younger sister will serve as co-creative director.
The 30-year-old tells Women’s Wear Daily, “Creating a tween apparel collection was a natural extension for the brand.” On her collaboration with Ashlee, she says, “I’m excited to bring my sister, Ashlee, along as co-creative director of this division, because she brings a savvy rocker edge that defines today’s tweens.”
26-year-old Ashlee herself has shared on what she is aiming for in creating the new fashion line. She notes, “My goal as co-creative director will be to design clothes that will help inspire young girls to express their personalities and creativity through fashion.”
The new collection, which will also include knit tops, hoodies, pullovers, striped shrunken knits and graphic T-shirts, is expected to debut later this year with affordable pieces. It will be made available in over 400 stores across the United States and Canada, including Dillard’s, Lord & Taylor, Macy’s, Belk, Von Maur, Bon-Ton and The Bay.
Ashlee and Pete want to get back together more than ever, but Papa Joe could be getting in the way by shopping a show about Ashlee being single!
Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz want desperately to get back together, despite Ashlee’s divorce filing back in February. HollywoodLife.com spoke exclusively to a source close to Pete who tells us the couple is practically inseparable these days, but there’s a major wedge preventing them from fully getting back together.
Unbelievably enough, that wedge is, according to our source, none other than Ashlee’s dad Joe Simpson.
“Joe is trying to shop around a reality show about Ashlee’s single life, and he’s already taken meetings with Oxygen and VH1 but so far they haven’t gone anywhere cause Ashlee wasn’t present. Before the ink on the divorce papers was even dry, Joe was booking Ashlee for studio time and filling up her schedule. She told her father she wasn’t feeling up to it, but Joe hired someone to film her when she chopped off her hair. They’ve also filmed her during a guitar lesson,” our source said. “They haven’t really filmed anything at all with Bronx especially because that would require Pete’s consent.”
Ashlee Simpson and her estranged husband Pete Wentz were spotted grabbing fast food two days in a row this weekend.
On Saturday, they were photographed picking up grub at In-n-Out Burger in L.A., and then on Sunday they were spotted at a Taco Bell.
Last month, Simpson filed for divorce and just days ago Wentz sought joint custody of their son Bronx.
In light of this weekend’s two outings, Us Weekly asks, “Maybe this marriage can be saved . . . by burgers and burritos?”
Gossip Cop looked into this, and despite their back-to-back fast food dates, Simpson and Wentz are not getting back together.
A source close to Wentz tells us there’s “no reconciliation. They are just really committed to keeping it amicable and as normal as possible for Bronx.
Two days after the former couple drove together to a Hollywood In-N-Out Burger, Wentz, 31, called into Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM morning show to discuss his new band, Black Cards, and to praise Simpson, 26.
“It’s like Ashlee’s been my best friend for five years,” Wentz said Monday. “She’s the mother of my child. I have nothing but love and respect for her. Going through something like this isn’t easy, but we’re friends, and the most important thing is to put our son first.”
Wentz says keeping the details of his divorce private is tough, though, fortunately, the celebrity news cycle has been busy lately.
“It’s hard to … maintain your private life,” he says. “You want to do it, especially when there’s a kid involved. It’s like the one time on earth I’m like, ‘Thank god Charlie Sheen exists.’ ”
In spite of it all, the rocker says his son’s spirits are high.
“He’s doing awesome,” Wentz says. “He’s crazy. It’s like something new everyday. Everything’s like a new discovery for him. All of a sudden he’s opening doors and all of a sudden he wants to paint.”
“His new thing is hiding cell phones and credit cards and stuff,” Wentz continues. “I’m like, ‘So where’s dad’s cell phone?’ And he laughs. He thinks it’s a comedy bit.”

The amicable split between Pete Wentz and soon-to-be ex-wife Ashlee Simpson-Wentz appears to be taking a slightly less friendly turn. The couple, who separated earlier this year and seemed to be on good terms, appear to be headed to court to resolve a brewing custody dispute over their 2-year-old son, Bronx.
According to TMZ, Wentz filed papers on Monday in response to Simpson’s divorce petition. The former Fall Out Boy bassist asked that a judge grant joint physical and legal custody of their son and requested that each spouse pay their own legal fees. The gossip site also claimed to have obtained a copy of the divorce petition, in which lawyers for Simpson-Wentz checked a box indicating that she wanted primary physical custody of the toddler and that she wanted Wentz to pay her legal fees as well.
The Wentz form lists May 16, 2008, as the date of their marriage and February 9, 2011, as the date of their separation.
The couple just released a joint statement, saying, “After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to file for divorce.
We remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our number one priority. We ask that everyone honor our privacy as we navigate this next phase of our lives.”
